At Goated, we stand behind the quality of our premium streetwear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Goated account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
